About Me

Hi there! My name is Jasmine Redd and I am a self-published author. I've been writing and performing my own poetry for 15 years and I find it to be an invaluable gift. I want to share with you how you can express yourself through poem because it can be an experience that can help you get through so many different situations in your life. Everyone has a story to tell, let me help you tell yours!

How you will learn

You will be brainstorming ideas based on what is important to you to create your own poetry. This will be done by participating in brainstorming sessions, freewriting exercises, and reciting your poetry to the group. I will be helping you every step of the way as you find or rediscover your unique voice! You will also have the opportunity to perform on a stage in front of a live audience.

Included with this course I will provide you with free admission to an open mic on Dec 1st, in Dallas TX.

  • Overcoming shyness
