About Me

I am a registered dietitian with education and experience working with weight loss and management, sports nutrition, medical nutrition therapy for a variety of diseases and conditions, and public health. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2014 with a BS in Nutritional Sciences and then I went on to complete my dietetic internship program with Priority Nutrition Care. I have a passion for teaching others and helping them overcome barriers to living a happy, healthy, and quality life.

During my class you will acquire nutrition information that you can use to make permanent lifestyle changes. Through this interactive class approach you will be able to learn scientifically-based skills that are results-driven. You will walk away with a firm knowledge of nutrition principles and will be provided with several resources that will ensure continuation of lifestyle changes.

  • Pen/paper or means for note taking
  • Eagerness to learn and make lifestyle changes

Student Requirements

  • Students must be at least 18 years old or older, children cannot come along.
